Conscious Inclusion

Becoming aware of unconscious bias is the first step. Deliberate action must follow so that there is a path of unconscious bias, to conscious bias, to conscious inclusion. Leaders must learn to intentionally drive and facilitate an environment where a culture of conscious inclusion can be built. In the end, unconscious inclusion is the ultimate goal.
