The below modules are divided according to these topics, however, there is significant overlap in many offerings. It isn’t unusual for a curriculum in one area to include modules from two, three or even four areas. That’s the benefit of customization.
Leadership in the 21st Century requires the ability to lead diverse work teams. Guardian Quest’s Diversity and Inclusion-Centered Leadership 2-day workshop is differentiated by its transformational, principle-based approach, focusing on leadership development, personal integrity and accountability.
Unconscious biases (also known as implicit biases) are learned stereotypes that are automatic, unintentional, and outside of a person’s awareness. Participants will be introduced to implicit bias and how it impacts behavior in the workplace, employee engagement and team performance.
Coronavirus has interrupted virtually every business, forcing many companies to shift traditional ways of operating. For those of you tasked with overseeing diversity and inclusion, cultural initiatives and client service during this unprecedented time, this critical task has never been more challenging. Guardian Quest offers virtual learning that is engaging, interactive, and touches both the heart and the mind. Each offering can be facilitated in 60 minute to 8 hour sessions.
